The PepsiCo Indonesia Greenfield Project marks a historic milestone as the company’s first snack factory in Indonesia, built on a 59,689 sqm site within the GIIC Industrial Estate, Bekasi.

Meinhardt Indonesia proudly served as the EPCM Lead Consultant, providing end-to-end services covering Architectural, Civil, Structural, and MEP Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Project & Construction Management, supported by a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) framework.

Designed to produce globally loved snacks such as Lays, Cheetos, and Doritos, this facility not only strengthens PepsiCo’s presence in the Indonesian market but also supports exports across the region. More than just a manufacturing plant, it is a symbol of sustainable growth and innovation—powered by 100% renewable electricity, equipped with a modern water-recycling system, and targeted to achieve LEED Certification.

Achieved 2.5 Million Safe Working Hours Without Lost Time Injury (LTI)—a testament to world-class HSE standards and Meinhardt Indonesia’s unwavering commitment to safe project delivery.
