Tower 1 combines serviced apartments and condominiums, while Tower 2 is dedicated exclusively to condominiums. Together, they provide a combined GFA of 90,000 sqm with an additional 35,000 sqm allocated for basement car parking and MEP facilities.
Phase 2 expands across 1.5 hectares, featuring two iconic towers: a 40-storey W Hotel and condominium tower with a 1,200 sqm floor plate and a 48-storey office tower with a 1,760 sqm floor plate. This phase delivers a combined GFA of 180,000 sqm, including 48,000 sqm for the hotel and condominiums, 85,000 sqm for premium office spaces, and 6,000 sqm of high-end retail areas strategically placed at ground level, podium levels, and connected via a retail bridge. Supporting these facilities are 5 expansive basement levels with a total GFA of 66,250 sqm, providing ample parking and essential services.
