Developed on a gross floor area of approximately 11,000 sqm, the project is envisioned to redefine lifestyle and wellness experiences in one of Bali’s most sought-after destinations.
Commissioned by Body Factory Bali and developed by PT Total Optimised Management, the project features a main hotel building that integrates a state-of-the-art fitness centre, coworking space, café, bar, and library, creating a holistic environment that supports both physical wellbeing and community interaction. The hotel comprises 39 studio units, 21 one-bedroom units, and 10 two-bedroom units, thoughtfully designed to balance comfort, functionality, and modern living.
