Developed on a total site area of approximately 84,207 m², the project is planned in phases with a total IT load capacity of 64.8 MW, ensuring long-term scalability and operational resilience.
Phase 1 delivers a 4.2 MW IT load facility, forming the foundation of a highly coordinated, mission-critical campus. The development comprises a comprehensive mix of data halls, administration and customer office buildings, plant yards, substations, pump houses, generator foundations, and security facilities, all carefully integrated to support uninterrupted operations and future expansion.

The main building complex includes multiple single-storey data hall buildings with double-roof systems, administration and support blocks, customer office buildings, and a rear plant yard platform. Complementing these are ancillary and MEP service structures, such as substations, transformer foundations, pump houses, water tanks, generator platforms, and guard facilities, each designed to meet the stringent performance, safety, and durability requirements of mission-critical infrastructure.
As part of the project delivery, Meinhardt Indonesia was commissioned to provide Civil and Structural Engineering services, alongside Construction Management, ensuring constructability, structural robustness, and disciplined execution across all phases.
