Jotun Indonesia’s New Water-Based Production Facility represents a strategic expansion to support the growing demand for both water-based and solvent-based paint production.

Located within MM2100 Industrial Town, Bekasi, West Java, the development integrates production facilities, warehouses, and administrative offices, designed to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining high safety and environmental standards.

Spanning a built-up area of approximately 9,300 m² on a 53,900 m² site, the facility is planned as a modern, well-coordinated industrial complex that supports scalable manufacturing and streamlined logistics.

As the EPCM Lead Consultant, Meinhardt Indonesia delivered end-to-end engineering and project management services, covering Architectural, Geotechnical, Civil, Structural, and MEP Engineering, alongside Project Management, Construction Management, and Quantity Surveying. A strong emphasis was placed on robust Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) implementation, ensuring the project met stringent safety standards throughout construction and delivery.

Through integrated coordination and disciplined execution, the project demonstrates Meinhardt Indonesia’s capability in delivering complex industrial facilities with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and long-term operational performance.
