New modern paint factory is developed on a land of 30,000 sqm in area in the MM2100 Industrial Town, Cikarang, Bekasi. The development includes 2 storey production buildings for water based and solvent based paints, a raw material building, which can be converted for future extension of paint production, finished good warehouse, administration building, canteen and other supporting buildings. The total building area is approximately 8,650 sqm. The project construction cost is estimated USD 7 million.
