The site over 90Ha, which is located at Lontar, West of Surabaya is to be developed mainly for residential subdivisions with supporting a commercial zone and a club house. The project will be developed in phases. The Phase 1 development will be the 32 Ha residential subdivisions and a club house.

The project has adopted green design initiatives such as the recycling of waste water for irrigation and car washing and the use of solar power street lighting. The waste water reticulation system adopts a vacuum system, which at the time of construction will become the pioneer installed system of this kind in Indonesia. In addition, the whole development adopts full fibre optic installation for multi media communication system.

Meinhardt provides infrastructure masterplan of the whole 80 Ha site, and detailed design of all C&S and M/E engineering for the infrastructure of Phase 1 development (32Ha)
