The Residential Development covers 1.6 Ha located within the heart of the Jakarta Central Business District (CBD).

The development will comprise of three Residential Apartment Towers and component in-house Retail to be located within the development. The three towers comprise of 47 storey Executive Tower and two Prestige Towers of 44 storey each with total GFA of approx. 134,000 sqm. The four level basement car park is under each tower with total GFA of approx. 51,000 sqm.
