Shai is a trained architect with over 20 years of experience, he has worked in a role of Project Manager which has successfully delivered and project managed small and large scale developments from concept through to construction which would have covered some of the following; residential, commercial, hospitality, medical, leisure, education and high-rise developments.

He has proven track record of delivering multidisciplinary design projects, on time and within budget, in a variety of industries and in addition has experience in preparing design briefs, fee proposals and negotiating contracts with both subcontractors / sub consultants.
