Stephen is a Chartered Engineer / Associate Director with over 30 years of experience in the design, project management and commercial settlement of MEP and Special Systems (IT Services) on a wide range of projects in the UK, Middle East & Far East. With projects up to a value of 2 billion USD.

Stephen is skilled in many sectors including airports, data centres, military bases, commercial (high rise and low rise), retail, medical, luxury accommodation, industrial, and public works.

Stephen has a comprehensive understanding of what is expected at the various design stages of a project from initial conception through to detailed design and a detailed understanding of contractual requirements from both the Employer and Contractor perspectives.

Stephen has previously worked as an MEP and ELV Engineering Project Manager for both Consultants and Contractors and has experience as a Facilities Manager, Estimator, Claims Consultant, Site Coordinator and Site Engineer.
