Galve has more than 25 years of international experience in Design Conceptualization, Load Calculation, Detailed Engineering Design, Drafting, Material and Equipment Procurement, Bid Evaluation, Project Implementation, Monitoring and Supervision. He is capable of doing Detailed Engineering Design for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems, Natural Gas & LPG Piping Systems, Industrial and Medical Gas Piping Systems, Plumbing and Drainage Systems, Underground Car Park Ventilation System, Fire Protection System and District Cooling System.

He has the ability to negotiate and interact with all types of people from sub-contractors through to clients, professionals and  labourers. He has excellent communication skills which enhances his commercial attitude and hands-on experience in business and project administration.
